Terms & Conditions

Welcome to West Coast Tubing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (westcoasttubing.com), and participation in our tubing experiences (“Services”). By booking with us or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
 

1. Eligibility & Safety

  • Participants must meet the minimum age requirement of  5+.

  • All minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • You confirm that you and all riders in your booking are in good health and capable of participating in water-based activities.

  • Life jackets are mandatory and provided for all participants.

  • Alcohol, drug use, or reckless behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe to participate.
     

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made online through westcoasttubing.com.

  • Each rider requires an individual ticket. To book multiple riders, add the desired number of tickets for the same time slot to your cart.

  • Full payment is required at the time of the service. We accept all major credit cards.
     

3. Cancellations & Refunds​

  • Weather or Safety Cancellations: If we cancel due to unsafe weather or river conditions, you’ll be offered a reschedule 
     

4. Assumption of Risk

Tubing is a recreational water activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, drowning, or exposure to the elements. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity.
 

5. Liability Waiver

All participants (or guardians for minors) must sign a liability waiver prior to the tubing session. Failure to do so will result in denial of service.
 

6. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice, including route changes due to weather, safety, or operational needs.
 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, images, and text—is the property of West Coast Tubing and may not be copied or used without written permission.
 

8. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to this collection and use.
 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Grenada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grenada.
