Acknowledgment of Risk & Assumption of Responsibility

I understand that participating in tubing, water activities, and all related services provided by Wes Coast Tubing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Drowning or near-drowning
Physical injuries (cuts, bruises, sprains, fractures, etc.)
Exposure to sun, wind, and water
Equipment failure or misuse
Actions of other participants

I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, and take full responsibility for my own safety and behaviour during the activity.

Release of Liability

By signing below, I release and discharge Wes Coast Tubing, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property, including death, that may result from participation in this activity, regardless of whether it arises from negligence or any other cause.

Health & Fitness Declaration

I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in this activity. I do not have any medical conditions that would impair my ability to safely participate. I will inform Wes Coast Tubing of any relevant medical conditions before participating.

Rules & Conduct Agreement

I agree to follow all instructions given by Wes Coast Tubing staff. I understand that failure to comply with safety rules or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the activity with no refund.
